I'm a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping women navigate pelvic floor issues in order to improve their overall quality of life.
With over 12 years of experience as an Orthopedic Physiotherapist, I've always found fulfillment in helping individuals of all ages and injuries on their path to recovery. It wasn’t until my daughter was born in March 2022 that my focus and passion for pelvic floor physiotherapy began to emerge. My personal experiences with postpartum struggles and a prolonged recovery opened my eyes to the importance of addressing this often overlooked and taboo aspect of women's health.
I was shocked by how little I knew about my own body, despite my extensive background in physiotherapy. This revelation has driven me to make it my mission to educate, empower, and guide women through their unique journeys, enabling them to lead their best lives at any stage of life.

plan of care/ongoing treatments
Each treatment plan is tailored to address your individual needs. The process involves some self-directed education and activities to reduce the frequency of in-person sessions. Your treatment duration can vary, ranging from just a few sessions to a more extended period. We'll collaborate to determine the approach that best aligns with your goals and individual circumstances.
